Welcome to AO Digital. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of AO Digital’s website, located at aodigital.com.au, and the subdomain clientzone.aodigital.com.au. By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use AO Digital if you do not agree to all the terms and conditions stated on this page.
AO Digital provides website hosting services, including storage, maintenance, and support. You agree to use the hosting services for lawful purposes only and not to use the services for any activity that violates any laws or regulations.
AO Digital offers domain name registration services. The availability of a domain name is subject to registration with the appropriate authorities, and AO Digital cannot guarantee the availability of any desired domain name.
AO Digital offers website development services, including design, coding, and maintenance. All development work will be performed based on the specifications agreed upon by AO Digital and the Client.
All fees for services provided by AO Digital are due in advance and are non-refundable. Fees are subject to change, and AO Digital will provide notice of any fee changes.
Invoices will be issued electronically via the clientzone.aodigital.com.au subdomain. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.
Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services. AO Digital reserves the right to charge a late fee for any overdue payments.
For hosting services, suspension of services will occur 14 days after due date if payment has not been received. To unsuspend your service, simply make the payment and it will be active again within an hour in most cases.
You may terminate your agreement with AO Digital at any time by providing written notice.
Cancelled annual hosting services may be eligible for refund of unused months credits. Free months are considered to be the last two months of the billing cycle.
Domain name registrations are non-refundable.
AO Digital reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that AO Digital believes violates these terms and conditions or is harmful to other users of the services, or breaches the law.
Hosting services with unpaid bills 60 days past due may be terminated, and all data associated with the services deleted. If you dont have a backup, your site may be lost at this point.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AO Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
AO Digital reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the services constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
